Types of data processed

Navigation data
During standard operations, the IT systems and the procedures in place to guarantee the functioning of this site acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. Legal basis for processing

The User’s Personal Data will not be transferred to extra-EU countries in any case.

Length of storage
The Data are processed and stored for the time required to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected.
When the processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may store the Personal Data for a longer time until said consent is revoked. Moreover, the Data Controller may be obliged to store the Personal Data for a longer period of time in fulfilment of a legal obligation or an order from an authority.
At the end of the storage period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, when this term has expired the right to access, delete, correct, and the right to the portability of the Data may no longer be exercised.

User’s rights
The Users may exercise specific rights in reference to the Data processed by the Data Controller.
More specifically, the User has the right, pursuant to Art. 7 of the “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” [the Italian “Personal Data Protection Code”], to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the data themselves and to know the contents and origins, verify that they are correct, or ask that they be integrated, updated, or corrected. In this context, pursuant to the same article, the person involved has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose, in any case, their processing for legitimate reasons.
